If you have had an incident you can report the claim directly to the Insurance Brokers. Here is a step by step on how to do this:
- Never undergo any negotiation or promise with victims who suffered loses, injures or disabilities without contacting our officer.
- Reporting to any event which gives rise to claim by telephone or email within 5 days.
- Cooperating with our employees or any other person appointed by us to access the claim case.
- Provide to us the accurate information regard a claim and supporting document in order to enable us to prepare and present the claim to your insurer.
